We can undertake competitive and market analysis to give extra depth to your assumptions. We collect all the data from the interviews with your team and any further investigations you've asked us to perform.
Composition
With maximum input and information we compile your plan working through drafts until the final document is ready that everyone is happy to sign off on - and more importantly present to the target audience. It's all yours!
Finished Article
As with any plan it's a working document and has to be believable, workable and achievable. We can leave it there - or come back and review it with you in a given time frame acting as an external checks and balances partner.
